――When I opened my eyes, I realized I had no idea who I was whatsoever.

???: [――――]

Where this place is; when the present time is; who I am; what is happening; I do not have the slightest idea.

I cannot see. I cannot hear. I cannot move my hands, or my legs. My feet are not on the ground. I cannot breathe properly either, and I am in extraordinary discomfort―― and yet, I can sense “Voices”.

???: [――――]

Even though my senses of sight, smell, touch, taste, and, most of all, sound, are blocked off, there are “Voices”.

Many, plentiful, innumerable “Voices” showering down upon me, unable to do a thing, as if I am a powerless baby thrown into the cradle of hell.

???: [――――]

Ceaselessly, bereft of intent, the tempest of “Voices” continue to pummel me.

Just as a baby would be defenselessly struck by the rain, I am being drowned in “Voices”. At this rate, I think I would prefer to just drown and die like this――,

???: [――Laddie! Laddie, are you alright!? You’re going to be rescued now!]

――. ――――. A loud “Voice”, it rang in my head.

Amidst the numerous, countless “Voices”, it is a voice that feels clearly directed towards me. I cannot do anything. But still, I can understand. ――The powerful “Voice”, directed towards myself.

Hence――,

???: [――Ottobro, grit yer teeth now.]

Hearing that “Voice”, a feeling of suspension arrived along with a terribly violent sound―― a sound that was not a “Voice” vibrated my eardrums and restored the means for my tightly sealed eyes to take in light; and so, I was finally able to face the owners of the “Voices”, those who had directed their “Voices” towards me.

???: [Really fuckin’ sorry that it took me so long to get here. Everythin’, it’s my amazin’ self’s fault.]
???: [Really fuckin’ sorry that it took me so long to get here. Everythin’, it’s my amazin’ self’s fault.]

???: [What are you saying, Garf-san! If Garf-san and everyone else hadn’t come, Laddie would still be strung up even now… Ah, Laddie, Laddie! Do you understand what I’m saying!?]
???: [What are you saying, Garf-san! If Garf-san and everyone else hadn’t come, Laddie would still be strung up even now… Ah, Laddie, Laddie! Do you understand what I’m saying!?]

Present there is a golden-haired boy, alongside a large ground dragon with a pale blue hide. The “Voices” that I feel are overlapping with the voices that I hear, but there is no doubt about it.

The ground dragon is nestling close to me as I sit on the ground, and the boy is forcefully grabbing at my shoulders.

Boy: [Ya don’t understand anythin’ right now, aye? But, that’s aight. We’ll get it back with everyone else. Everythin’ my amazin’ self’s lackin’ for, everyone’s gonna lend their hands…!!]
Boy: [Ya don’t understand anythin’ right now, aye? But, that’s aight. We’ll get it back with everyone else. Everythin’ my amazin’ self’s lackin’ for, everyone’s gonna lend their hands…!!]

???: [――――]

Boy: [‘N so, Ottobro, ya just sit tight here ‘n…]
Boy: [‘N so, Ottobro, ya just sit tight here ‘n…]

Rest assured; I think he wanted to say that.

It seems like the boy before my eyes knows my empty self, and is trying to do something about it. In all likelihood, he knows the reason why I am empty.

I want to know, I want to ask him about it. Naturally, I feel inclined to do so.

I do, but――,

???: [――Might there be anything, that I could possibly do?]
???: [――Might there be anything, that I could possibly do?]

The “Voice” that spilled from my mouth, I do not know whether or not it actually formed as a proper voice. Only, seeing that both the boy and the ground dragon were widening their eyes, I could tell that my words had been conveyed.

To be honest, I do not understand anything. I do not, but, there is just one thing I can say. ――I am grateful that they rescued me from that cradle of hell.

Above all――,

???: [――When you guys speak to me with such earnest voices, of course I will want to respond accordingly.]
???: [――When you guys speak to me with such earnest voices, of course I will want to respond accordingly.]

Boy & Ground Dragon: [Ah, that’s…]
Boy & Ground Dragon: [Ah, that’s…]

Hearing my words, the boy and the ground dragon opened their eyes wide, and as their breaths and “Voices” synced up, they spoke.

Ground Dragon: [――Just like you, Laddie.]
Ground Dragon: [――Just like you, Laddie.]

Boy: [Just like ya, Ottobro.]
Boy: [Just like ya, Ottobro.]

At those “Voices”, I began thinking of myself before I became empty, a smile coming over my face.

――Directed towards whoever did this to me, it was a smile as if to say “you have been bested”.

???: [――Hiyah!!]

Delivered alongside the loud carillon of a silver bell, was a powerful kick in contrast to its lightness.

Gripping the handle of her Morningstar, Rem bore witness to that satisfactory outcome of her efforts.

Using magically crafted footholds of ice as practical disturbances, she had drawn the attention of the opponents upwards, successfully supporting Emilia.

Of course, if it had been possible, she would have preferred victory to have been decided through the affectionate iron ball that Subaru had continued to polish, but she must not be too greedy. Subaru had also taken things step by step with Rem in the Empire. If Subaru had been impatient, and instead had pressed Rem with everything being about “Me, me, me”――,

Rem: [Back then, it might not have just been his fingers, but his arms and legs that would have gotten broken as well.]

Now that her Memories had returned, even just the thought that she would ever enact such violence unto Subaru was enough to make her faint, but Rem herself recognized that it was entirely possible for her to have done so, given her state of mind at the time.

Hence, it was important to do everything step by step, in the proper order. It was the same with cooking. Even though she was relatively proficient at cooking, Rem had a bad habit of disregarding that principle when it came to anything else.

And, when it came to bad habits, she had another――,

Rem: [――Must not jump to conclusions!]

The reason why she would quickly always be convinced that something was settled, and thus relax her efforts, was due to a lack of imagination.

The one who had preached to Rem that ceasing one’s thoughts was wrong had also taught her, when she had been bereft of Memories, how to determine her heart: Priscilla. ――Even if she was gone, her teachings yet lived on. And so long as those teachings kept Rem alive, they would remain so.

That was why――,

Emilia: [――Hk, you’re joking!?]

When Emilia raised a voice of astonishment, Rem had not ceased her thoughts.

Directly below, Emilia rose up to deliver a kick within the blind spot of Al and his shinobi, and her ice-clad foot ought to have struck him with spine-shattering force.

But, Al had protected against that. ――Covering himself and his partner with a box of stone, he had done so.

Rem: [That’s what Rom-sama was talking about――]

The efficacy of “Turning Back Time”, Rem had judged it to be so.

For a split-second defensive maneuver, that which covered his entire body had been far too flawless. In order to use magic, what was required was a mental image of the effects, and the construction of the technique. If either was lacking, magic would not take form, and the more complex the endeavor being attempted, the longer it would take to conceive a mental image of its effect.

That which Al had performed, was borne of a mental image far too certain in regards to a surprise attack from his blind spot.

Rem: [――――]

Even though she understood the principle behind it in her head, Rem once again bit down on the inside of her cheek upon witnessing that cheat technique.

To begin with, Al’s Authority had already proved it was capable of sidestepping even Reinhard. Even if they continued to attack like this, would he not just continue to evade everything? Such negative thoughts were――,

Emilia: [――Rem!!]

Just as she began spiraling into negative thoughts, Emilia’s holler snapped her out of it.

Across the rocky box that had emerged mid-air, Emilia and Rem crossed gazes. Unlike Rem, who was overwhelmed by the threat of the Authority, a powerful glint was housed within Emilia’s amethyst eyes. That gave her heart.

Rem: [――――]

As strength flaringly returned to her own eyes, the invigoration of her horn by way of her Oni form swelled Rem’s entire body with vitality.

Plummeting through the sky, thirty seconds had already elapsed since the battle had commenced―― what allowed for that to be accurately measured, were the marks engraved into the large rock visible far to their rear.

An enormous fissure in the land that existed within the Kararagi City-States, the Agzadd Canyon, had a difference in elevation of five thousand meters from the surface to the deepest part of the valley, and the time it took to descend all the way was around a hundred seconds. Markings had been engraved beforehand along the rock face for intervals of every ten seconds, and they were currently passing the third―― seventy seconds remained until they hit the bottom.

Emilia: [We’re still――!!]
Rem: [――Just getting started!!]

Emilia and Rem’s voices overlapping, they resumed combat with renewed morale and an upsurge of strength.

Rem greatly bent her body, and Emilia, spinning around, produced mallets of ice in both her hands. In that moment, the Morningstar was fired like a cannonball, and the ice hammers were unleashed on both sides whilst clad in a powerful wind, pulverizing the stone box that Al and his accomplice had enclosed themselves in―― fragments of stone scattered alongside a thunderous crash, and the enemies, split up between the top and bottom, fiercely commenced their attacks unto Rem and Emilia.

Al headed for Emilia, and for Rem, came the red-haired shinobi――,

Rem: [――No, you’re also…]

Shinobi: [Indeed, I’m Al-sama’s helpful all-purpose maid, Yae-chan.]

Rem: [That’s Rem’s designation in regards to Subaru-kun!]

Putting a halt on the statement of the not-shinobi red-haired maid―― no, of the woman who called herself Yae, Rem pulled back her iron ball with her right hand, and moved to slam her mighty left arm into Yae as she flew towards her.

But, Yae stopped mid-air through some unnatural braking mechanism, and evaded it.

At a glance, she sent a thread from her backhand to connect to Al, using exquisite tension and flexibility to halt her movement, before a shimmer shot from her other hand towards Rem’s neck.

Rem: [――Huma.]

Intuiting the incoming threat, Rem’s spinal reflex guarded her vitals by forming a collar of ice. As soon as the thread attached itself to the collar, she removed her head from it, avoiding decapitation. ――Just as Rem survived through quick judgment, she veered the rising iron ball towards targeting Yae’s back, the latter having raised her eyebrows slightly.

However, as the iron ball approached Yae from behind, she evaded precisely as if she had eyes on the back of her head; as Rem expressed astonishment whilst catching the iron ball that had barely missed on its return path, Yae stuck out her tongue,

Yae: [It’s reflected in your eyes, y’know?]

Momentarily enraged by that provocation, Rem accepted a scolding from the Katya in her heart. Nodding in agreement with the imaginary Katya as she clamored like a cat “Idiot, that’s exactly what your opponent wants!”, Rem praised the talents of an enemy capable of utilizing what was reflected in their opponent’s eyes,

Rem: [In that case, kindly strain those eyes well!]

With those words, she took the retrieved iron ball of her Morningstar, and covered it in layers, and layers, and layers of ice, doubling, and doubling, and doubling its mass, and hurled down a lump of ice around ten meters in diameter.

Yae: [Maybe my provocation was a little too effective!?]

The roaring iceberg slayed all wind in its approach, and as Yae, her voice quavering, furiously waved her hands around, she chiseled, notched, and carved away at the Morning-iceblock-star, fragmenting its mass over, and over, and over again to stop it.

Ultimately, stripped naked from the ice, all that remained was the bare iron ball, and as it hurtled right at her chest, she caught it with a web of threads, dispersing the impact as it forcefully shot her downwards.

What awaited her down there――,

Emilia: [This time! Unlike the Royal Capital! I won’t let you! Get away!]
Al: [Though normally! If you! Do that! I’d just end up! Running off with the win!]

As Emilia and Al clashed against each other, they traded blows in the form of both weapons and words. In their vicinities, each had floating armaments of ice and stone respectively, and they both continued to promptly grab any of the weapons next to them, wielding them with no concern for their surroundings as they bashed them against each other.

Emilia: [Yah! Terya! Hiyah! Uya! Torya! Tei-tei-tei-tei-tei!]

Contrary to her cute war cries, Emilia’s offense did not leave any room for breathers. However, for all the swords, spears, and axes that rained down upon Al, he parried with his own axes, spears, and swords, and continued to pull through.

As Emilia utilized acrobatic movements to enact her incessant offensive, Al met her every blow with weapons at the shortest distance possible, successfully defending against it. Likely, that was also the effect of “Turning Back Time”. Once an attack landed, he would return to before it landed, and then place his weapon over the spot it had landed. ――Rinse and repeat.

Yae: [――Al-sama!]

After being spiked down by Rem, Yae arrived at the scene of that back-and-forth combat. Realizing that she had blundered by temporarily creating a two-on-one situation, Rem too attempted to increase her falling speed by using a foothold―― nay,

Rem: [Emilia-sama!]

Instead of catching up herself, Rem passed instantaneous judgment and tinkered with the angle of the iron ball she had sent down there.

Although Yae had dispersed its impact, the iron ball still plummeted with her at a constant speed, and as if carrying Subaru’s spirit, who had polished it, it flew towards Emilia to aid her in her predicament. Then, just before a joint attack from Al and Yae could strike her, Emilia was caught by the chains.

Rem: [UrrrrYAHHHHhhhh!!]

Using the foothold she had made a moment prior, not to launch herself off of, but to brace herself, she fished Emilia up with the chains that had caught her―― as Emilia was lifted up between Al and Yae just as they were about to reconvene, the two factions regrouped into divisions of upper sky and lower sky.

Emila: [Thank you! You’re reaaally strong!]

Rem: [You’re welcome! The feeling is mutual!]

Grabbing the hand of Emilia, who had been elevated to the same position, Rem was impressed by the enemy’s strength.

Originally, Rem and Emilia were supposed to be responsible solely for Al, so Yae’s participation here was incredibly troublesome. Not only did she divide their forces, she was also incredibly skilled herself. Moreover, being together with Al was not just an addition to her strength, it served as multiplication.

Rem: [Indeed, just like myself and that person…]

Emilia: [Eh? Just now, did you say something about Subaru?]

Rem: [Apologies, that is a matter for after this is finished!]

Responding so to the wide-eyed Emilia, Rem ascertained that they were passing another marking on the rock face―― that sixty seconds remained until they landed at the bottom, and firmly grit her teeth.

Her thoughts from just earlier were correct. Yae was formidable, and made even stronger when Al was with her. In order to do something about that――,

Rem: [Split them up. Emilia-sama!]

Emilia: [Yes! Do it with me!]

Holding hands, they raised up their opposite hands, Emilia’s empty and Rem’s with a weapon, directing them towards the pair directly below,

Emilia: [Al――]
Rem: [――Huma!!]

As the two types of Huma intermingled, ice began to appear in the air whilst a creaking sound perforated the atmosphere―― of course, were they to simply attack by hurling pebbles, it would only be a repeat of failures up to this point. So, to prevent that from happening, rather than focusing on how the ice came out, they plotted where it would emerge.

Yae: [――Hk.]

Al: [Tch.]

Obstructed by the expanding ice, the sound of tongue-clicking within that helmet was inaudible. Yet, judging from the results alone, there was no doubt that he had indeed clicked his tongue.

The mass of ice produced by Rem and Emilia―― a thin, level sheet of ice was wedged between Al and Yae, one below, the other above, thus preventing their reconvergence. While maintaining the sturdiness of the ice sheet, it had been stretched to a disk of around thirty meters in diameter; it would have been a herculean task for them to get through it and reunite while falling, and furthermore, since it had been made flat, the threads could not carve through it either.

Yae: [Al-sa――]

Al: [――Yae, hold out for a bit.]

Facing each other across the ice sheet, Al ordered Yae from below. What sort of state of mind Yae had arrived at after receiving that was something Rem understood quite distinctly.

Rem was participating in this battle for the sake of Subaru, and so, for the same reason Yae was――,

Rem: [When someone precious puts their hopes in you, it sets you alight with motivation.]

Yae: [You’re wrong.]

With a curt response to Rem’s understanding, Yae folded her knees and spun her body, going barefoot.

The enormity of the ice sheet resulted in significantly more air resistance, bringing their falling speed to a limit. As Yae landed atop that ice, Rem and Emilia were perched to her front and back, as if pincering her.

Barefoot as she was, each of Yae’s ten white toes were equipped with a ring――,

Yae: [――Once again, magic is quite troublesome~. I’m grateful to the teachings of the village elder.]

Rem: [Thank you so very much for the praise. My mentor was quite an outstanding personage, after all.]

Emilia: [Same for me. I was always being told “You’re learning so quickly, Lia”.]

Yae: [That’s the same way they raised me at the village, so you must also be quite the genius, Emilia-sama.]

With a bitter smile and a shrug, Yae glanced between Emilia and Rem before prefacing with “So, you see”,

Yae: [The fact that I’m even here means that y’all’s plans have failed… Vol-sama will come rushing over here before long, so why don’t we omit the futile exchanges and just have you two surrender?]

Emilia: [Mm-mm, we can’t do that. Sure, it was quite the surprise that you were together with him, but…]

Rem: [Rem and Emilia-sama aren’t playing around either. Besides, if you are counting on the Divine Dragon-sama, it won’t be coming. ――Our lord is the one serving as its opponent, after all.]

Yae: […This is against the Divine Dragon, y’know? Aren’t you expecting a bit too much?]

Emilia: [So, are you not expecting anything from Al?]

As Yae inclined her head, it seemed as if Emilia’s question had pierced her directly. Holding her breath with a “Mph”, Yae then released it, straining her white fingers and toes as she readied herself.

Rem retracted her iron ball to her hands, and Emilia gripped beautiful twin blades of ice. Glancing down at the sheet of ice, the distance with Al, subject to lesser air resistance as he was, continued to widen rapidly.

After all, Al was having Yae buy time for him.

Rem: [Emilia-sama, Al-san is…]

Emilia: [Yes, I know. We reaaally have to hurry.]

Reaching an understanding in just a short exchange, Rem harbored an out-of-place sentimentality.

She had never conceived of being so in sync with Emilia like this before. ――Such was her sentimentality.

Setting aside Rem’s inner feelings, the trio atop the ice silently roused their fighting spirits――,

Yae: [――Crimson Sakura, Yae Tenzen.]

Emilia: [――The Witch of Glaciation, Emilia.]
Rem: [――The Hero’s Confidant, Rem.]

Finishing their introductions, Rem and Emilia immediately charged toward Yae across the ice.

As Yae bent her knees and ducked down, twenty dancing threads shot from her appendages, and while those clashed against chains and magic, Rem, in order to reach Al below the ice, challenged the one blocking the path, the Crimson Sakura.

Rem: [Yahhhhh!!]

Howling a battlecry, Rem was not bluffing or putting up a strong front; she wholeheartedly believed.

That Ram and their allies, who were taking on Gluttony and other foes, as well as Roswaal and Clind, who were dealing with the ultimate threat of the Divine Dragon, would all fulfill their respective duties.

For that purpose, right now, she would defeat Yae, who stood before her, and reach Al. Passing another marking, there now remained fifty seconds until they reached the floor of the Agzadd Canyon――,

――As he plummeted below, Al trained his gaze upon that beautifully tempestuous clash atop the ice,

Al: [I don’t think you’ll lose, but… don’t forget, Alter. After all, there’s something I need you to do no matter what.]

That voice, whispered only within his own mouth, never reached those atop the ice.

△▼△▼△▼△

――Aldebaran, who had betrayed the sun, and his henchmen.

The battle against the scoundrels who were fully capable of pulling the trigger on the world’s collapse, the bouts against Gluttony in the mountains and Aldebaran at the Agzadd Canyon, both transitioned to their next stages.

Naturally, the same applied to the third bout, forecasted to be the most rigorous.

By the Authority of Witch of Tristitia, newly born into this world, the battlefield had shifted to a rocky region where collateral damage was of no concern; there, the one extolled as the guardian of the Kingdom, the Divine Dragon Volcanica―― the usurper who had bent that almighty dragonhusk to their will, now faced confrontation by its rightful dragonkin.

It was a battle in which all fighters were concealing tremendous power, further ravaging the rocky wasteland that was already naught more than sand and stone, into a place where nobody would ever dare set foot.

Unmistakably, those had been the scars of war forecasted for such a battle against the Divine Dragon.

However――,

???: [――Ugh.]

Vision blurred, consciousness hazy, ringing in the ears transcending noisiness to end up as silence. Limbs bereft of strength, unsure if both were properly still attached to the body.

Each frail breath brought pain akin to being struck by a flash of lightning from head to toe; likely a sign that fractured bones were tearing up the insides of the body all throughout.

Thinking to that extent, they realized that they had collapsed face down on the hard rocky ground.

???: [――!]

Upon realizing one thing about their current state, other realizations quickly followed.

Evidenced by the ground’s violent tremors, the sensation of the sky bursting asunder, and the faint shift in the scent of the atmosphere, the environment had undergone a tremendous upheaval, so not long had passed since they had collapsed to the ground. A minute? Thirty seconds?

???: [Five seconds, Master. Report.]

They were bestowed with an exact answer to their question, however, they lacked the leeway to even curve their lips into a wry smile..

The other party had not expected a response, either―― nay, it was simply that they were not in a position where they could afford to be placing expectations. The tremors of the ground, the bursting of the sky, and the upheaval of the atmosphere; all were caused by that tactful other party and their opponent.

The battle between Dragon and dragonkin ravaged the world as though it were a natural cataclysm, reshaping it through feats of strength. ――Off to the side of that battle, not merely half-dead, but rather nine-tenths dead, they laid collapsed.

???: [――――]

No longer, could they even hear voices properly.

――The life of Roswaal L. Mathers, flickered like a candle flame before the wind.

    1. Never have I ever seen a comment section in which practically all the hate comments were the same guy pretending to be multiple different people, talk about having a sad life…

    2. Only L’s await those who lose to Wilhelm.

Kurgan Before: Greatest swordsman of Vollachia.
Kurgan After: Took L’s from Garf and regulus, and is reduced to “magnificent”

Theresia Before: Sword saint, Hero of the Civil War.
      Theresia After: Heinkel’s mom

      Yae is no exception

    1. Interesting how he gets saved by luck in all the loops. Almost like it’s fate for him to be in Subaru’s journey…

      1. At this point I am getting tired of Al’s mercy punishing himself when every sign points towards the fact that he going to fail given what was said in Emilia’s trial. This is dragging quite long if we aren’t reaching the final fight which is the only where in he can be stopped I think as Tappei seems to love failure at the final step of the journey as that is the only place that long term consequences have come from exuding Crusch where Subaru just did not care.

    2. I believe that Pandora created Otto. One day, she will take control of him, and Otto will do something bad.

  1. Why emilia doesn’t use absolute zero AoE attacks to freeze the temperature surrounding Al with her at the center when attacking him?

    1. She doesn’t want to kill Al, since they need Al alive to find Subaru (I don’t think they know he got swallowed)

    2. Do you think she has infinite mana? She’s the character with the most mana in the game, but man, you’re already asking too much of the poor thing.

  2. Chapters not even out for an hour and petra guy has already crashed out in 10 comments to himself. She is not even in this chapter. This dude is going to have dimensional merge soon.

      1. Yeah, no wonder he gets so mad, he activated the authority by swearing to never get laid or be liked for this

  3. Pandora’s unknowing servant, Otto. I wonder if we will read why he isn’t in the tome of wisdom and why a spirit taught him how to understand his divine protection.

      1. challanges weather rem knows who she is. She says she knows she is rem cause of the men who kept telling her. She literally didn’t teach her anything. Rem didn’t even remember Priscilla in arc 8 but she remembered about Subaru. She didn’t even remember any lesson from Priscilla later cause there were none. There literally wasn’t enough screentime for it.

If i remember correctly then there’s 1 or 2 or at most 3 chapters of them together in arc 7 and 1 chapter in arc 8.

            1. Part 2
A narcissistic egomanical delusional woman who thinks the world works in her favor and thinks shes perfect teaching someone self worth makes no sense.
That’s like ram teaching you self worth and value.

              1. Everything but delusional.

Delusional: “characterized by or holding false beliefs or judgements about external reality that are held despite incontrovertible evidence to the contrary”

9 times out of 10, fate indeed worked in Priscilla’s favour, and most of her serious evaluations of people were never mistaken.

And someone prideful is the best candidate to teach you self-worth and value, what the hell are you talking about? Lol

            2. Not crying for someone’s death does not mean their presence didn’t change you in some way.

“Suddenly, as her mind was left wandering, Rem was struck by a wave of sentiment that tightened around her chest, causing her to utter those words.
As Rem cast her pale blue eyes downward, her mind was filled with the image of a beautiful woman
wrapped in vivid red flames―― the Sun Princess who had kept Rem by her side for only a brief period of
              time.
Priscilla, with her unwavering presence, radiated the heat she wore and incinerated everything, drawing the curtain on herself with a grace that was unmistakably her own while keeping others at bay. The words exchanged in what she did not expect to be their final conversation were ones she could never forget.” (Arc 9, ch 3)

              1. 9 times out of 10, fate indeed worked in Priscilla’s favour

                Cough cough al… cough cough

            3. While being insecure about herself, Priscilla praised her and found value in her in what she currently was. That was a huge thing for Rem at that point in time, precisely because most of her lack of self-worth stemmed from that, and Priscilla helped clear things up.

    1. What happened to the comment about rem going toe to toe with yae makes no sense? Can you repost it, please?

  4. Kind of surprised that Rem called herself bridesmaid. Before looking it up I wasn’t aware of the secondary meaning “one that finishes just behind the winner”. Considering how competive Rem was recently, I didn’t expect her to use such a title.

Roswaal’s long-held desire was killing Volcanica, wasn’t it? Not surprising that he is out of his depth in this fight. But do we know why he even wants kill an empty husk? (Don’t spoil future chapters)

    1. I was a little startled to read that as well. I think its because she’s respecting Subaru’s position on it atm. It’s also in line with her self deprecating nature. I do think with Rem added back to the cast, the progression of the love triangle is bound to actually resume

Pretty sure him wanting to kill the dragon has something to do with wanting to break the covenant made between the Lugunican Royalty and the dragon. That’s all I’ve heard though

    2. I think its a misstranslation, I double checked with Grok, Google, and ChatGPT and all of them say (The ‘Hero’s Attendant’ Rem) is the right translation, I’d like know what was WCT reasoning for choosing that word.

      1. The same reason they refused to properly translate Husband-Kun and Wife-Chan until it became irrefutable: to appease the suuuuuper special people over on their discord.

        1. Damn, I didn’t know they misstranslated that too, I guess they running their agenda even here, fortunatly since they take some time, I get to translate it by myself first, using Grok, ChatGPT and with my little knowladge of Japanese I get a pretty decent translation, that way when I read WCT version sometimes I can find weird stuff.

          1. Aight I can respect catching weird stuff. Seriously asking… It’s not an ancient religious text, so what does the mistranslating agenda do? Unless they straight up make up the story, Rem will get cucked by Emily simply because Teppei has a type. I don’t know Japanese isn’t it a weird cultural meaning thing? Or AI error

            1. The mistranslation agenda instills an idea or headcanon tailored to some people’s preferences, contrary to Tappei’s intentions. Even if the mistranslation is corrected later—if it is corrected at all—most people will have already read it, and the headcanon will have been successfully implanted. This makes their headcanon the generally accepted canon.

            2. Both got cucked by Yorna in arc 7, and both are cucked by Petra right now. In the final arc Tanza will return to cuck all three of them, only for Subaru to get flung through a portal to the past and wind up dating Satella under the alias ‘Flugel’.

  5. BANGER CHAPTER. I can’t get enough of Rem and Emilia, I’m genuinely so happy Rem is back. With the way she’s thinking the potential for character development is astronomical. I’m so hyped to see more its unreal

        1. Can’t have a normal positive comment without someone interjecting underneath it about how much they hate it, but then they’ll cry about how they should be able to be negative if someone chirps back to f off.

    1. Rem is perfect for Subaru. Petra is an amazing character. Al is not evil and a good character. Arc 7 + 8 is not filler.

      1. Petrabaru is a terrible character, but Petra is a good character. Al has a gray morality, but he is closer to good than to evil. He is currently trying to kill Satella at the cost of Subaru’s life, so that she does not kill tens of millions of people again when the Seal finally stops restraining her.

    2. Puck, Heinkel, Roswaal and Wilhelm are good fathers. Tappei likes Subaru. Emilia won’t the worst leader in the history of Lugunica if she will win.

    3. Petra would have been a background mascot character like Annerose, I’m really happy Teppei went this direction with her reading Subaru’s book of the dead. Now she can be a good foil to Subaru like Al is but without the RBD cheat code, and much less whiny and more realistic.

  6. 2 of my big comments have been deleted. I’m a little offended. It’s not my fault that a huge argument broke out between a lot of people under those comments 🙁

  7. Rem fights on par with Yae. It doesn’t make sense. Rem is only one step above an ordinary human. 10 current Subarus could defeat her in a fair fight. Yae is about as strong as Julius. She could easily kill all in the forest without Al, but the story said that it was very difficult for her to fight without killing. But now it’s just Rem in front of her, and even with the ban, Rem shouldn’t be able to fight longer than 5 seconds. The author in 4th time ridiculed Subaru’s suffering by writing about Subaru’s love for torture as using words about Rem’s weapon. Al seems confident of success. Apparently, he has managed to overcome his love for Emilia. Emilia and Rem are not smart, and they will not be able to handle a serious Al. A smart opponent is worse than a strong for his authority.

    1. Rem is not “just a little above an ordinary human”. Practically no regular human can cast Al level spells. Her mana capacity alone is already above that. Also, they are in free fall, and both Rem and Emilia are helping each other in their respective fights, meaning that it is not exactly a 1v1, which makes it harder for Yae to use her full power.

And none of the feats showed in this chapter are inconsistent with REM’s strength, if there are please point them out.

    2. Then, again, when did the author portrayed Subaru’s love about torture? I get that you are a ragebaiting troll, but could you at least expend a little bit more effort in crafting your arguments? That morning star with which he was tortured was also the weapon that defended him many times and ended up in Rem dying to protect him.

He also loves Rem. Him having any attachment towards his weapon is related to that, not to the torture loop, in which Rem acted out of her paranoia and not her true self.

Also, nobody said Rem and Emilia are smart, they are average, but both have very good insticts.

    3. Also, please, could you try to get a life outside of complaining about a story no one forces you to read?

      Thanks!

      1. Dude, you’re clearly in the top spot for comments, and you’ve written far more than me… In the second arc, Rem would have died from a pack of dogs, but Subaru saved her. In the torture cycle, Subaru blocked her attacks and could have killed her, but he spared her. Demons are the second-strongest race of demi-humans, but Rem was born so weak that she was wanted for death, and she doesn’t use her horn now. Rem and Yae are fighting 1v1. Only a masochist or someone who considers themselves an absolute nobody would wipe the morningstar every day in Subaru’s place. 99.9999% of people wouldn’t do that. 99.99% wouldn’t be able to forgive Rem at all. You’re an idiot if you think you’d forgive Rem.

        1. Subaru is a masochist who suffers from Stockholm syndrome. Anyone with a brain understands this.
Also, the reason yae hasn’t dominated rem is because the fanboys would be crying about her getting wrecked in her first fight back.
Logic doesn’t matter. Seeing their waifu do shit is what matters most to them.

          1. Piano wire fighters have never ever made battle sense but Yae is literally free falling rn against magic range users. She should be completely obliterated by magic ice missile tbh or cooked like a turkey if ice n fire are same type of element in rezero if we use actual logic. The only ground she has to stand on is rem’s ice or if Al helps. Neverending dumbass comment repeater

            1. I really miss the the time ReZero fights were about circumstances, matching and conditions, not power level and ass-pulling techniques.
Emilia could die from a backstab, Rem getting had by a dog, Garf getting KO by Subaru, Ram losing her head to Patrache… Didn’t matter how strong one was if they got jumped.
              Good ol times…

              1. Yeah, I’ve always really loved Re:Zero and so far I do really like this arc too. But lately it feels like every chapter needs some to have a cliffhanger or sudden new technique to save everyone’s ass. It feels a long way away from even the Regulus fight, where being bullying boss fight was his entire schtick, and as soon as they found his weakness they kicked his ass. Right now, it feels like everyone has been significantly boosted to have these fights where it is constantly “Oh nice move, but check this out!” and then “Good one! But now I’ll do this!” and its getting a little tiring. Still love the story, and still have faith in Tappei, but its starting to feel like generic anime brick shithouse characters beating each other up because its flashy

          2. 1

“Stockholm syndrome” is defined by the following:

“A hostage’s development of positive feelings towards the captor.”

No captor nor hostage in this situation. And the positive feelings Subaru felt towards both Rem and Ram were developed before discovering their situation, and boosted after empathizing with a Ram who lost her sister, showing to Subaru that neither of them were inhumane monsters.

“No previous relationship between hostage and captor.”

Exactly as per stated above. There was a previous relationship between Rem and Ram. Until the final loop of arc 2, Subaru had spent 20 days with Rem and Ram, almost an entire month.

          3. 2

“A refusal by hostages to cooperate with police and other government authorities.”

            Doesn’t apply here.

“A hostage’s belief in the humanity of the captor, ceasing to perceive them as a threat, when the victim holds the same values as the aggressor”

Subaru directly opposes Rem’s values and refutes her feelings of worthlessnes which pushed her to be so overprotective of her sister.

0/4, None of the requirements for Subaru to have Stockholm syndrome were met.

              1. Then what do you call caring for someone who tortured you and killed you then? Cause it’s not normal. I guarantee you that. You cannot argue that. If you do, then you’re a bad person

        2. So far Rem has only been defeated by authority users and an assassin’s curse. She stood her ground both against cultists and witch spawns (until taking a strike to the horn from Subaru). At which point could Subaru have killed her? With a kitchen knife? Don’t be ridiculous. In web version Petelgeuse has torn her in half and she still lived long enough on regeneration alone to free Subaru.
Speaking of Yae, she’s not exactly at her best fighting in the open on unprepared territory. Unlike the forest or the manor, thin air doesn’t allow for concealment and web spinning.

          1. I also liked it when there was more thriller than pure action. Rem would have died from the dogs, but her life was saved by Subaru. Subaru successfully dodged several of her attacks, and then could have stabbed Rem, but he didn’t. Her village was destroyed by a group of cultists without the archbishops. Everyone in that village was stronger than the current Rem. Yae can destroy an army on her own. She is Olbart’s successor, and was supposed to be the next third divine general. It was hard for Wilhelm, who had returned to his prime, to defeat her. He was the strongest person in Lugunica at that time and could to reach the Heavenly Sword. Even with the uncomfortable circumstances, Yae should be able to easily crush Rem because there is a gap between them.

        3. I’ve written as much as you wrote, lol, I only responded to the jobless behavior of some people going around spamming hate comments.

          1)

The reason why Rem would have died is because of exhaustion, not due to the Ulgarm pack overpowering her. In her Oni form, she couldn’t maintain her rational thought process and was bitten multiple times. As a result, when the curse activated, she would have died. And on top of that she had been fighting for several hours purging all the dogs.

In the torture loop, she was holding herself back because she wanted to extract some information from Subaru, if anything she said that Subaru could have done something to her because she kept her guard low.

        4. 2

Then, how is Rem exactly weak? She could stand her ground against Lye for a good portion of the combat before Regulus stunned her. Cleared an absurd amount of Ulgarms, cleared cultists both while she was young and old.

She was only wanted for death because she “stole” one of her sister’s horns, nothing else, but aside from that, she wasn’t weak at all.

And again, why did you ignore my argument? That morning star was not only used for torture (and in a loop in which Rem and Subaru’s relationship was at its lowest, with the addition of Subaru smelling like a sin archbishop near Ram, who Rem was obsessed with), that weapon was used to save Subaru from death multiple times, and that is the weapon Rem used to die for him too.

        5. 3

Rem is absolutely not reduced to that single loop, and Subaru’s reasons for forgiving her are rooted in being unwilling to abandon all those times they spent together in other loops, all those times in which they could bond and have happy moments together. It is outright stated at the end of Vol. 2, there are 3 pages going through Subaru’s dilemma of either running away or trying to save them.

People just straight up not read.

    4. It’s literally been explained how powerful the oni clan is in terms of the demihumans in strength. They are unquestionably the most powerful of all the demihuman races, except for the dragonkin (which isn’t really a fair comparison let’s be real). The only way Subaru could beat her in a fight is by using his authority, a literal cheat ability, and Beatrice, a 400 year old artificial great spirit made by the greatest mage in history, and the greatest user of yin magic we’ve ever seen. Without those you could throw 200 Subarus at her and they’d be slaughtered (pretty fucked up mental graphic but still). Her potential for power is in the realm of Garf when he reaches his full potential.

      1. Her potential for power is in the realm of Garf when he reaches his full potential.

Now you’re just making up head cannons.

        1. I’m being realistic.

Rem is 19 and can use Al level magic very effectively. That’s already a crazy feat for even the most advanced mages. Like Garf, she can also both use healing magic and gather mana from the environment, except in her case it’s far more reliable as she can be in any situation instead of needing to touch the ground. Garf has the physical edge both in power and skill. In terms of ability, they are quite similar. Now, I think Garf’s desire to be “the strongest” will make it so he is always stronger than her, as Rem is not as focused on increasing her combat power.

          1. Rem would have died from the dogs, but her life was saved by Subaru. Subaru successfully dodged several of her attacks, and then could have stabbed Rem, but he didn’t. Her village was destroyed by a group of cultists (ordinary trained people) without the archbishops. Everyone in that village was stronger than the current Rem. Tappei said that even Subaru can use Ul after a lot of training. It’s just that magic is poorly developed in ReZero, and Rem was raised by Roswaal. Rem turned out to be nothing compared to Lye.

            1. >Rem turned out to be nothing compared to the guy who fought evenly against 20% Ram and has abilities out the ass from the thousands of people he’s eaten

This isn’t the own you think it is.

            2. No, it’s pretty unclear whether or not she would’ve died to the ulgarm. She could effortlessly counter the pack leader’s earth magic through shear strength, and the injuries she suffers heal before they can even become a problem because of her horn. Only reason Subaru got the jump on her is because he used Ram, the only person at the time that could make a big enough emotional impact on her to stall her actions, to distract her. Calling the cultists “ordinary trained people” is completely asinine. Their greatest advantage is their numbers, and psychotic lack of concern for their own lives. Anything short of obliterating all of them will not render anyone safe. They are designed as a swarm of kamikaze glass cannons.

            3. In terms of magic, being able to use Al level spells before even turning 18 is the real kicker, especially considering her main method of fighting is her morning star. Besides all of that, my whole point was that she and Garf have a similar POTENTIAL combat power, not that they are equal now or even will be. To say we’ve seen Rem’s upper threshold in ability is the real headcanon when we’ve seen her fight seriously for a tiny arc at her least developed, and once against the freaking white whale, that’s it.

              1. Rem doesn’t have the same potential as Garfiel. That’s nonsense. Demons were dedicated to taking over the world, and every demon had potential far beyond Rem. But they weren’t a disaster. They were failures who hid from the world and were driven into isolation. At the end of Chapter 3 of Volume 3 of the light novel, Subaru saved Rem’s life. The cultists are not an army, they are loners with a broken psyche. They are hated by the whole world, they are killed on sight. They can gather in groups of 20 people at most, often even less, they are always hiding. The cultists are scary only because they are associated with Satella, and also because of their mentality. A group of ordinary people destroyed a village of adult demons, each of whom was much stronger than Rem can be.

              2. Seeing as the writing is in Subaru’s perspective, it makes sense that it would be misleading. However when Subaru traded places with Rem here, he wasn’t instantly killed. If it were Rem being caught she would’ve sustained temporary damage before overpowering all of them with Brute strength, there’s simply no way they could actually pin her the same way they did Subaru. The win condition for the ulgarm was also stated in those pages, whether they knew it or not. Draining the atmosphere of mana to force her out of demon form was going to be the only way to deal with her. Subaru did what he did because he wanted to save her, but no, she wasn’t dead at that point.

              3. The cultists are definitely more akin to an army than a ragtag group of misfits. The little we know about them indicates they are a force that spells certain doom for their targets, as their track record until Subaru had come along was a group that shows up out of nowhere and slaughters entire communities at seemingly random. The cultists always have surprise on their side and are organized by the gospel. They move in bizarre and extremely fast ways, are able to somehow teleport, and, while not endless, have numbers far greater than 20 to launch attacks. We see almost double that just when they surround Subaru in “The Sickness Called Despair”, not even counting the dead.

              4. And ffs arguing these events to prove some form of scaling is not conducive to any point. I’ll reiterate, Rem has not shown us anywhere near all that she is capable of. She has a lot of development left in her and she’s still incredibly powerful. She’s mostly been pitted against opponents with authorities or in this case, Yae, who was able to hold out for a ridiculously long time against Wilhelm, who would’ve freaking killed Alcanica. Power scaling in Re:Zero is also not so cut and dry. Things are often concluded in ways that differ from a simple strength or ability match up, instead knowing an opponent’s weakness or method of attack, or playing the right pieces in the right places. This isn’t a Garf dis, I’m saying Rem has a lot more to offer than you’re giving her credit for.

        2. However I said “potential”, meaning the limit of what they could accomplish. Rem’s potential is definitely in line with what Garf’s is, if we were to control all the other variables. Again, not saying that Rem IS going to be or IS as powerful as Garf in terms of combat power, but that she COULD be if strength were to be her goal like Garf.

    5. I too, am capable of punching a hole through someone’s chest, as any person who’s ’a little above an ordinary human’ can do.

    6. You are only right about Emilia not being smart, but she compensate that with plot armor. Emilia is super strong, Rem is strong, she is only weak when you compare her with the strongest, Yae is probably stronger but she is not fighting in her territory, thats why Rem can manage to fight her.

      1. I understand the cutesy airhead trope, but damn I wish Emilia would wise up a bit. She’s become very emotionally mature and empathetic, but I feel like if you were to run for the highest position in the entire Kingdom you should also be studying your ass off. It’s gone from being sweet and cute to making her look genuinely stupid sometimes.

      2. @”You are only right about Emilia not being smart, but she compensate that with plot armor.”
        Damn that was harsh.

At least now with Rem back in the race she’ll have to take initiative somehow. Even though Subaru behaves like a eunuch for the most part, competition between females tends to move the plot quite fast in J-romance at least.

        1. Nah Subaru and 3 randomly picked companions will spend some time in Gusteko and another cast of like 40 characters will be introduced, he’ll defeat the main body of the ‘befouling’ snake and a random girl vaguely shippable with Subaru will appear. And another loli somehow. The 10 side stories about those characters might have romance teasing. Then they’ll go back to LuGOONica and it’ll a whole thing with an archbishop they already defeated. Pandora will aura farm in side stories, and will randomly show up now to save Al or Roy or she’ll be in Gusteko (she’ll escape for the next arc). She’ll wish her into non existence after a rant where she goes No No No for 3 pages.

  8. Aaaaah…
    Roswaal L. Mathers…
A.K.A. The guy who fights off-screan…
Like seriously, this guy is like Ram s1 of the anime but all the time xD
    anyway, thx for translation 🙂

    1. A guy with mental illness about Petra, Rem and Re-zero women wrote 10-20 different comments before he even read the chapter. Another guy argued with him on a bunch of those posts.

        1. Yep, it was insane. Idk how people have this much free time to hate on something.

The guy left like 20 hate comments and I just responded to him pointing out his mistakes. Then he started insulting and crashing out and it was all wiped.

Btw, whenever you guys see Kimberly Harris, Mike or Erica commenting, you should know they are all the same guy.

          1. I’m back fig.

Teenagers and children are the same.

            Not biologically but legally.

Some countries have 17 years old not be considered legal adults

            Teenagers
So that mean 17 years old are still considered children legally.

You can’t be legally thrown out of your parents home until you’re an adult, If a teenager wasn’t a child, then they would be legally kicked out by their parents, which is something the adults aren’t capable of doing.

So, children are the same legally. Not biologically. Hope that clears things up a bit

            1. Have you settled for Erica this time? Lol.

Stop pretending to be multiple people, it is genuinely sad.

              “Not biologically but legally.”

Who said I was talking about the legal definition of a child?

I’ll tell you what you are doing right here: you shifted the goalposts because you realized your original point collapsed. I said a 17-year-old isn’t a child, they’re a teenager. Not only because normally no one calls a 17 year old a “child” (lol, imagine saying “I lend my car to my 17 year old child”), but also because biologically it makes no sense. You responded by hiding behind a legal technicality as if that somehow makes me wrong, when in reality you just changed the conversation.

              1. . All the characters people love now are kind because Subaru literally paid with his life to bring that kindness out from them.

My point was always about legally. Idk what drugs you smoking

              2. Erica, you literally never mentioned once that you were referring to legality. And we were in an informal context. Who the hell uses the legal definition of a child in this situation?

“Hey look at my 17 year old child! My CHILD has enlisted in military school and is learning how to shoot. My CHILD also got his driving license and is studying for Uni entree exams”

Do you seriously not realize how deranged this sounds? And why did you come back 3 days later lmao?

              3. Second of all, none of those characters were bad people. Garfiel didn’t go around killing people. Rem either. Ram either. Beatrice neither. All of them were involved in circumstances that pushed them to engage in wrongdoing. And in other loops, their actions touched Subaru. He felt truly connected to them and he saw that they were good people. For Rem and Ram we have a full on mental analysis that Subaru makes in 10 pages at the end of VOL. 2 of the LN. For Garfiel he empathized with his past.

And saw that the people who did those terrible acts weren’t murders. And would be friends if the circumstances were different. Even lovers.

Who are you to criticize Subaru’s thinking process, alt account weirdo? You don’t get a single gram of it.

            2. Nobody outside of a courtroom or a UN treaty discussion walks around calling a 17-year-old a child unless they want to sound ridiculous. By your logic, the same 17-year-old who can drive a car, get married with consent, or join the military in multiple countries is still just a “child.”

It’s like if I said “the sky is blue” and you jumped in with “uhh, actually legally it’s still day until midnight.”

And also, you really thought you were somehow clowning on me by bringing up this:

“Be careful. He is not very smart. He said a 17 year old isn’t a kid but a teenager”. HASHAHSHASHAS

Not to mention, this was something we discussed like 5 months ago, yet you are still clinging to it, lmaooo.

              Your whole existence is sad.

              1. Both things can be true they’re both a child and a teenager. Conversely an 18 year old is both an adult and a teenager. If you don’t agree, its because both of you have some debate agenda to push and are using pointless semantics and cutural ambiguities to argue. There is absolutely no reason to argue where the line in the sand is for not being a kid. Subaru himself is not a 40 year old man and close in age to Emilia, so there’s nuance in that area too. Surprisingly despite Tappei’s … fondness for ‘loli’ type characters, nothing actually creepy is happening a la typical degenerate anime tropes. Closest thing to creepy is mostly Clind, if you hate him, it is very fucking weird. This conversation between the two of you is compeletely moronic.

          2. Also, stop trying throw mud at my name, when you have multiple accounts on here as well. Multiple chapters have you with using charlenagne with some stupid extension to it

            1. Yeah, because I like pissing haters off, not because I am pretending to be multiple people at the same time having conversations with myself like you do…

Keypoint too: I only add extensions to my name. I still call myself Charlemagne, so that people know I am the same person who wrote those comments.

Hope that you get that psychopathic behavior of having conversations with yourself checked though, cheers!

              1. Keep cooking his hating ass, bro. I’m sick of the whole “I want this story to be better” routine when all he does is cry about plot points that haven’t even dropped yet. I actually thought I could have a real discussion with someone who wanted the story to improve, but nah—he’s just fishing for people who don’t even read and only stick around to boost his fragile ego while he plays pretend in his dumb little self-insert headcanon.
And watch—he’ll probably say I’m just your clone anyway, like the schizo he is. :V

              2. Keep cooking his hating ass, bro. I’m sick of the whole “I want this story to be better” routine when all he does is cry about plot points that haven’t even dropped yet

Are you going to explain what plot points? No? Okay. And you’re probably going to say I’m that person because I’m defending him, but it’s fine when charlenagne us defended

              3. Keypoint too: I only add extensions to my name. I still call myself Charlemagne, so that people know I am the same person who wrote those comments.

Right. Keep lying to yourself. You have other names on here that don’t have charlegmane on here and you know it.

              4. Guy who does full quotations, definitely extremely common here. If you’re different. Can you acknowledge that Kimberly Mike guy is full on skizo regardless of whatever he says? Can you acknowledge that he obviously repeats comments pretty close to word for word every chapter and then the comments agreeing with his posts are almost always the same? Go look at the last chapter where the same beginning part of a comment was posted 3 times at different times and days. Why does the comments agreeing with him have extremely stilted speech and the same cadence about Tappei not being “brave enough”. Or Mary Sueism, or his weird wahmen moments. Are you saying these are different dudes who use the same verbiage every single time?

    1. Rozzy is smart enough to know he can’t overpower the Divine Dragon. He would employ stalling tactics. This has got to be a fakeout.
      Trust the plan.

  9. Ngl, the one quip I have with Re:Zero is the power scaling. Emilia in arc 6 was able to basically stop time and here she cant even defeat yae without help with Rem??. I feel like Emilia should be able to beat Yae 1 on 1 pretty easily.

    1. Teppei has always been inconsistent with powerscaling. He usually makes things happen that doesn’t make sense powerscaling wise so plot and cool shit can happen

    2. I think Yae should have a hard but guaranteed victory over Emilia. Emilia can create mass destruction spells and kill thousands of people at once, but without such things, she’s not even in the top 10 of Lugnica. Emilia lost to Sirius, but Regulus saved her. Emilia lost to Lye, but Lye wanted to continue the battle, and only ate the name. Emilia fought Madeline twice, but both times she wasn’t alone. She can’t do it with Subaru. It’s stupid that Yae didn’t beat Rem in 5 seconds and then didn’t start fighting Emilia.

  10. Why are they nkt defeated yet? Having trouble against Reinhardt is one thing, but Rem? Really? Not to mention he has a shinobi with him. Rem had trouble with mabeasts before…

    1. Because plot armor.

Tbf, rem did go to town of some of the witch cult in arc 3 despite being sneak attacked in the loop where subaru met betelguese while catatonic

Although, I do agree that rem and omsone of the other characters shouldn’t last as long as they do

  11. Chapter 48 has been out for a very long time. The creators of this website are probably trying to create comments only for registered accounts to avoid heated debates 😉
